  • Service Description. Crew Offshoring Solutions, Inc. (“Company”, “We”) provides the following services designed for Filipino remote professionals:
      1. Remote Jobs Board. A curated database of verified remote roles from global employers hiring specifically from the Philippines.
      2. Remote Work Knowledge. An educational hub providing guides, resume templates, interview preparation, and insider tips.
      3. Rewards & Giveaways. A licensed promotional Crew Club Portal featuring automatic entries into monthly draws for tech, cash, and surprise drops.
  • Personal Information Collected. We collect the following information:
      1. Full name
      2. Birthdate
      3. Email address
      4. Mobile number
      5. Photo
  • Collection Method. Information is collected directly from you when you:
      1. Register for a paid subscription;
      2. Upload your resume;
      3. Check-in at physical giveaway events; and
      4. Interact with our weekly Job Board updates.
  • Timing of Collection. Collection begins at initial account creation and continues throughout your active subscription.
  • Purposes of Collected Personal Information.
  • Profile Matching. To connect your profile with verified employers on our Jobs Board.
  • Educational Delivery. To provide personalized resume templates and interview preparation.
  • Promotional Compliance. To facilitate entry into Reward & Giveaway draws and ensure licensed and transparent winner selection under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations.
  • Communication. To send weekly updates on new job roles and “Surprise Drop” announcements.
  • Publicity. To feature winners in promotional materials, social media posts, and website testimonials. This includes the use of your name, likeness, and captured media (photos/videos) from prize handover events to verify the legitimacy of our draws and promote the “Crew Club” community.
  • Storage and Transmission. Your data is stored on encrypted cloud servers. All transmissions involving sensitive professional or payment data are protected via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
  • Method of Use. Your data is used to populate your member dashboard, validate your entry in Reward & Giveaway draws, and share your professional profile with verified global employers seeking Filipino talent.
  • Third-Party Transfer. We may share your information with verified employers for job promotions purposes via the Jobs Board, the DTI to witness and audit the Reward and Giveaway Draws, to payment processors to manage your monthly subscription, and to accredited courier services for the purpose of prize delivery.
  • Retention Period. We retain your information for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is kept for two (2) years.
  • Participation of Data Subjects. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:
      1. Be informed whether personal information pertaining to you shall be, are being or have been processed;
      2. Be furnished the information pertaining to the description of the personal information to be processes, purposes for which they are being or are to be processed, scope and method of the personal information processing, etc.;
      3. Reasonable access to your personal information; and
      4. Correct your information.
