• Promo Period. The promotion starts and ends on the dates specified in Schedule A of these mechanics (the “Promo Period”).

• Area Coverage. This Giveaway Draw is nationwide and open to all eligible subscribers residing in the Philippines.

• Crew Club Portal. The Giveaway Draw is exclusively available through the Crew Club official website at https://joincrewclub.com (“Crew Club Portal”).

• Eligibility. Open to active paid subscribers of Crew Club, residing in the Philippines, aged eighteen (18) and above at the time of subscription to the Crew Club Portal.

• Disqualification. Employees of Crew Offshoring Solutions, Inc. (“Company”), its advertising and PR agencies, and its consultants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining.

• Date, Time and Location of Giveaway Draw. The Giveaway Draw will take place on the date, at the time, and at the specific venue specified in Schedule A (“Draw Date,” “Draw Time,” and “Draw Location”).

• Entry Mechanics.

1. 1. 1. Every active paid subscriber during the Promo Period is automatically entered into the draw via their registered email address. The deadline for entries to be included is specified in Schedule A.
      2. To participate in the live draw process on the Draw Date, eligible subscribers must personally “Check-In” at the designated Crew Club booth at the Draw Location during the Check-In Window specified in Schedule A.
      3. Upon check-in, the subscriber must present their registered email address and a valid government-issued ID to the authorized event staff. Once verified, their entry will be activated in the giveaway electronic pool.
      4. Only subscribers who have successfully completed the on-site Check-In will be included in the electronic randomizer for the live draw.

• Determination of Winners. Winners will be selected via an electronic randomizer. A description of the randomizer and its technical operation is provided in Schedule A. The Giveaway Draw will be conducted under the witness of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

• Prizes and Specifications. Specific Major Prizes and Minor Prizes for this giveaway are listed in Schedule A. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

• Number of Times a Participant May Join/Win. A participating subscriber may win unlimited times but can only win one (1) major prize of the draw.

• Taxes. For prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00, the 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by the Company.

• Claiming.

1. 1. 1. Winners must be physically present at the Draw location during the draw to claim their prize.
      2. Once a name is drawn and announced, the individual has three (3) minutes to present themselves at the main stage with a valid government-issued ID.
      3. If the drawn individual is not present, or fails to present themselves within the three-minute grace period, they shall be automatically disqualified for the specific prize draw, and their right to the prize is forfeited.
      4. In the event of disqualification, a redraw will immediately be conducted on-site using the same electronic randomizer. This process will repeat until a physically present winner is identified and verified by the DTI representative.
      5. Proxies or representatives are not allowed. The prize must be claimed by the participating subscriber whose name matches the subscription record.

• Prize Quality and Warranties. All prizes are brand new and carry the standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, if any. The Company is not the manufacturer of the prizes. Acceptance of the prize “as-is” constitutes a release of the Company from any further claims regarding the prizes’ performance.

• Publicity. By participating, all participating subscribers and winners agree to be photographed and filmed during the prize handover for Crew Club’s promotional and marketing purposes.

• Force Majeure and Postponement. In the event of natural calamities, public health emergencies, government-mandated lockdowns, civil unrest, or other events which may be classified as Force Majeure as defined in the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Company reserves the right to postpone the Giveaway Draw. Any change in the draw date, time, or venue shall be disseminated to subscribers through the Crew Club Portal, email, and official social media channels, at least three (3) calendar days in advance.

• Safety, Security, and Conduct. Participating subscribers are expected to follow the Draw location’s safety protocols. The Company reserves the right to disqualify or remove any individual displaying unruly behavior, harassment, or attempts to tamper with the electronic randomizer. The Company shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss of property, or accidents sustained by participating subscribers while traveling to or attending the Giveaway Draw at the Draw Location.

Randomizer Description	The winner selection system is a weighted electronic draw hosted on the Crew Club platform (joincrewclub.com). The draw pool is built exclusively from subscribers who have completed the on-site Check-In on the Draw Date — no unchecked entries are included. Each eligible checked-in subscriber is assigned a number of entries proportional to their membership tier (Starter: 2 entries, Pro: 5 entries, MVP: 10 entries). All entries are loaded into a virtual pool and selected using PHP’s random_int() function — a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG) that draws from the server’s operating system entropy source. It cannot be predicted or influenced by any person, including platform administrators. The system enforces one major prize win per subscriber per draw. A permanent audit log recording the winner IDs, total entries in the pool, and draw timestamp is generated at the moment of each draw and cannot be retroactively altered. Full records are available for DTI inspection upon request.
