Terms of Service

  • Nature of Service. Crew Offshoring Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) operates a subscription-based information and educational platform (“Crew Club Portal”). The Company is not a recruitment agency. We provide curated job leads of current Company clients and educational resources; we do not guarantee placement, interviews, or specific salary outcomes.
  • Subscription. By subscribing to Crew Club, subscribers select one of three subscription tiers, each billed on a recurring monthly basis:
      1. Starter: ₱200.00 per month, granting 2 Entry Credits per billing cycle, which may be allocated toward weekly or monthly prize draws at the subscriber’s discretion.
      2. Pro: ₱400.00 per month, granting 2 Entry Credits per billing cycle, which may be allocated toward weekly or monthly prize draws at the subscriber’s discretion.
      3. MVP: ₱800.00 per month, granting 2 Entry Credits per billing cycle, which may be allocated toward weekly or monthly prize draws at the subscriber’s discretion.
  • Payment Authorization. Subscribers authorize the Company to automatically charge their designated payment method the specific subscription tier amount every thirty (30) days. This recurring charge will continue until the subscription is officially cancelled.
  • Change in Subscription. Subscribers may upgrade their tier at any time; the price difference will be charged immediately, and the additional entries will be credited to the account.
  • Subscriber Benefits. Active subscribers receive access to:
  • Remote Jobs Board. A curated, members-only digital database featuring remote and offshore job openings from verified clients of the Company specifically seeking Filipino talent.
  • Remote Work Knowledge Materials. A proprietary library of digital resources designed to upskill Filipino professionals for global remote work standards. 
  • Accumulating Entries into Reward & Giveaway Draws. A systematic loyalty program where active subscription automatically generates Entry Credits into the subscriber’s Entry Bank. These credits must be manually allocated by the subscriber to specific draws via the Crew Club Portal to be eligible for prizes.


  • Bonus Task-Based Entries. The Company may, from time to time, offer “Bonus Entries” for the completion of specific activities (e.g. attending a webinar or completing a profile milestones). Not all activities conducted on the Crew Club Portal entitle a subscriber to bonus entries. Bonus entries will only be awarded when a task is explicitly labeled as an “Entry-Earning Task” at the time of the activity or through notification in the Crew Club Portal. The number of bonus entries awarded for such tasks or activities is at the sole discretion of the Company. Company reserves the right to verify Bonus Task-Based Entries, according to its own records.
  • Bonus Referral Based Entries. Subscribers shall earn bonus entries by inviting friends to join the Crew Club Portal via a unique referral link or code. A referral shall only be considered “successful” once the referred individual completes a successful paid transaction for any subscription tier. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of referral-based entries a single subscriber can earn per month to maintain the integrity of the draw.
  • Manual Entry to Draws. A subscription to Crew Club provides the opportunity to earn and bank Entry Credits. To participate in any specific giveaway or draw, subscribers must manually allocate their credits to that specific event via the Portal. The Company is not responsible for credits left unallocated in a subscriber’s Entry Bank at the time of a draw.
  • Eligibility. Services are available to individuals aged eighteen (18) and above on the date of their subscription to the Crew Club Portal.
  • Warranties. By subscribing, you represent that all information provided (including Curriculum Vitaes and professional history) is truthful and accurate.
  • Intellectual Property. All webinars, resource guides, and job database structures are the exclusive property of the Company. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Screen-scraping, automated data mining, or unauthorized sharing of job leads will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action for damages.
  • Third-Party Links. The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or hiring practices of these third parties.
  • Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Termination. Subscribers may cancel at any time. However, to be eligible for a specific draw, subscribers must:
    1. Have an active status at the time of the draw; and
    2. Have successfully allocated their Entry Credits to that specific draw prior to the deadline.
