Terms and Conditions for Recurring Giveaway Draws

COMPLETE PROMO MECHANICS: AUGUST 21 RAFFLE PROMO FOR ARK CHAIR CLASSIC, BLUETTI AC2P PORTABLE POWER STATION, AND RAY-BAN META GEN 2 SMART AI GLASSES

  1. Promo Period. The promotion shall be held exclusively from August 17, 2026, 12:00 AM, to August 21, 2026, 6:59 PM PHT. The deadline for entries is strictly on August 21, 2026, 6:59 PM PHT.
  2. Eligibility. The raffle is open to all subscribers of the Crew Club Portal (https://joincrewclub.com), aged eighteen (18) and above.
  3. Date and Time of Raffle Draw. The raffle draw will take place on August 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM PHT online, via the Crew Club Portal.
  4. Prize Draws. Three (3) prize draws will be conducted for this week’s promotion:
    1. Draw 1: Ark Chair Classic Ergonomic Office Chair
    2. Draw 2: BLUETTI AC2P Portable Power Station | 300W
    3. Draw 3: Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Smart AI Glasses
  5. How to Join.
    1. Step 1: Participants must sign up for free at the Crew Club Portal (https://joincrewclub.com) with their full name and email address, and successfully verify their account via the verification link sent to their email address to confirm their free membership.
    2. Step 2: Upon verification of membership, verified members will be redirected to an Onboarding page where they will input their date of birth and complete address and confirm their consent to use the said data for marketing purposes. Upon completing the onboarding, the verified member shall select their preferred subscription tier and pay for the corresponding price of their preferred subscription tier. Each subscription tier entitles the member to one (1) month of full access to exclusive perks within the Crew Club Portal and includes free entries to the raffle draw as follows:
      1. Starter (₱200.00): Includes two (2) Free entries
      2. Pro (₱400.00): Includes five (5) Free entries
      3. MVP (₱800.00): Includes ten (10) Free entries
    3. Step 3: Upon payment of their selected subscription tier, subscribers must navigate to the “Crew Giveaways” tab on their dashboard or go to https://joincrewclub.com/crew-giveaways/. To officially enter the raffle draw, they must select the applicable active weekly prize giveaway, including “Ark Chair Classic Ergonomic Office Chair,” “BLUETTI AC2P Portable Power Station | 300W,” and/or “Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Smart AI Glasses,” and click the “ENTER GIVEAWAY” button within the Promo Period. To successfully enter the raffle, they must register the following information: Full name, Complete Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth. They must also confirm their subscription number and acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the full promo mechanics of the raffle draw.
  6. Disqualification. Employees of Crew Offshoring Solutions, Inc. (“Company”), its advertising and PR agencies, its consultants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.
  7. Determination of Winners. The raffle draws shall be conducted electronically on August 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM PHT at 29 Apitong St. Monte Vista Subdivision Brgy. Industrial Valley, Marikina City and shall be virtually witnessed by a representative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

  9. Announcement, Validation, and Notification of Winners:
    1. Announcement: Drawn participants will be provisionally announced on the Crew Club Portal following the draw. Before a Drawn Participant is confirmed as winner, their details shall be subject to validation and verification.
    2. Validation: All drawn participants are subject to a fourteen (14)-day validation period to confirm their eligibility to win the prize. During this period, the drawn participant shall email a digital copy of their ID to rico@crewsolutions.com.au.
    3. Official Notification: After validation, the winner will be notified via Registered Mail.
  10. Number of Times a Participant May Win. For the Ark Chair Classic Ergonomic Office Chair and BLUETTI AC2P Portable Power Station draws under the Crew Club July to August 2026 Raffle Promo Series, a participant may only be drawn once per weekly prize draw. However, a subscriber may win multiple times across different weekly draws during the four-week promotion period if drawn in separate weekly draws. For the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Smart AI Glasses raffle, a participant may only be drawn once for the prize.
  11. Taxes. The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by the Company, if applicable.
  12. Claiming and Forfeiture.
    1. Option to Claim Cash-Equivalent Option:
      1. Verified winners have the option to claim either their applicable physical prize or its exact cash-equivalent value as follows:
        • Ark Chair Classic Ergonomic Office Chair: PHP 4,990.00
        • BLUETTI AC2P Portable Power Station | 300W: PHP 12,450.00
        • Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Smart AI Glasses: PHP 34,990.00
        The winner must declare their chosen option in writing via email to stephanie@crewsolutions.com.au within the claiming period.
    2. How to Claim Physical Prize:
      1. Personal Pick Up: Winners may claim their prize at the Crew Club Portal Fulfillment Center 29 Apitong Street, Monte Vista Subdivision, Brgy Industrial Valley, Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines 1802 within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification. To avail of the option of personal pick up, winners must present a valid government-issued ID and the Registered Mail notice for verification to the Fulfillment Staff of the Company.
      2. Courier delivery: Alternatively, the Company may arrange for the delivery of the prize via a third-party courier (e.g., LBC or JRS) to the declared address of the winner. All shipping, insurance, and handling expenses for the first delivery attempt shall be shouldered by the Company. If for any reason, the first delivery attempt failed, the Company will arrange for the second delivery attempt. To avail of the option of courier delivery, winners must submit a digital copy of their valid government-issued ID and the Registered Mail notice for verification to rico@crewsolutions.com.au. However, all shipping and handling expenses for the second delivery attempt shall be shouldered by the winner via Cash-on-Delivery (COD). To prevent fraud, the address and contact number provided in the registration when they entered the raffle shall be the only details used for the delivery of the prize. No requests for redirection to alternative addresses will be entertained.
    3. How to Claim the Cash-Equivalent Option:
      1. If the winner elects to receive the cash equivalent, the transfer shall be processed via Direct Bank Transfer or E-Wallet Transfer. The verified winner must submit their valid banking/e-wallet account details directly via email correspondence to the Company’s coordinating team (stephanie@crewsolutions.com.au).
      2. The name registered on the receiving bank account or GCash account must strictly match the verified full name on the winner’s government-issued ID and portal subscription profile.
    4. Period: Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Registered Mail.
    5. Forfeiture: On the 61st day from notification of confirmed winners, any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited upon the prior approval of the DTI.
  13. Publicity. All participants agree to have their names publicized for the Company’s promotional and marketing purposes related only to the promo.
