Create your account at joincrewclub.com/sign-up with your name, mobile number, and email. Then activate a paid membership (Starter, Pro, or MVP) to participate into the draw.
Already a member?
Log in at joincrewclub.com/sign-in. If your subscription is active before May 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM PHT, your entries are already counted.

Buy your event ticket (₱800)
- Purchase your ticket at joincrewclub.com/events/crew-club-launch.
- Your ₱800 ticket covers your seat, the Crew Club Certified Remote Worker credential, and a fully catered meal.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Bring this to the event.
- Only 393 seats remaining — register early to secure your slot.

Check in at the Crew Club booth on the day
⏰ Check-In opens at 2:00 PM PHT.
You must check in to be included in the live electronic draw.
- Go to the designated Crew Club booth at The Elements, Eton Centris on May 17.
- Have your event ticket link (sent to your registered email) ready to present — this will be validated by event staff before you are allowed to enter the venue.
- Present your registered email address and a valid government-issued ID to event staff.
- Once verified, your entry is activated in the giveaway electronic pool.
- Subscribers who do not complete on-site check-in will not be included in the live draw.

Be present for the live draw (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
- Winners are selected via a cryptographically secure electronic randomizer (PHP's
random_int()CSPRNG) — the result cannot be predicted or influenced by anyone, including platform admins. - The draw is conducted under the witness of a DTI representative.
- When your name is called, you have 3 minutes to present yourself at the main stage with a valid ID.
- If you are not present or fail to claim within 3 minutes, the prize is forfeited and a redraw is immediately held.
- Proxies are not allowed. The prize must be claimed by the subscriber whose name matches the subscription record.
- You must be physically present in the room to win. No exceptions.

Key Rules
- Open to active paid Crew Club subscribers, 18 years old and above, residing in the Philippines.
- Employees of Crew Offshoring Solutions, Inc., its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified.
- You must be physically present at the draw location to win. Proxies are not accepted.
- Winners have 3 minutes to present at the main stage with a valid ID. No-shows result in a redraw.
- A subscriber may win unlimited times but only one (1) major prize per draw.
- In case of force majeure (natural calamities, lockdowns, etc.), Crew Club reserves the right to postpone. Notice will be given at least 3 calendar days in advance via the portal, email, and social media.
- By participating, subscribers agree to be photographed and filmed during prize handover for Crew Club's promotional use.
- Full audit log of draw results is available for DTI inspection upon request.
